Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 6 hours of purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

  • Once production or shipping begins, we cannot accept cancellations.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

  • We do not accept returns for customized or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Eligibility & Return Process

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The design, size, or material is incorrect compared to your order.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product does not match the description provided.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Items have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items are returned without original tags/packaging.

  • Items are damaged due to misuse by the customer.

Return Process

  • Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  • Our support team will provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.

  • Ship the item back using a trackable carrier and share the tracking number with us.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a confirmation email will be sent.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective item).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, Fair Price Shirts will cover the return shipping cost.

Important Notes

  • Always contact our support team before returning an item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • If the return package is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, we cannot be held responsible.

  • Refund requests beyond 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
